EmbodyWork is a deeply personalized journey into the intelligence held within your body. At the intersection of bodywork, somatic movement, and therapeutic touch, each session is an opportunity to release what you've been holding, restore the flow that's been restricted, and reclaim your presence. This is not exercise. This is not performance. This is archaeology—a careful excavation of the patterns held in your tissues, your nervous system, your lived experience. Through hands-on work, guided movement, and somatic inquiry, we create space for genuine transformation to unfold.

EmbodyWork Sessions

One-on-one sessions designed entirely around you. Through a combination of somatic bodywork, hands-on therapeutic touch, and guided movement exploration, we work together to release held patterns, restore flow, and deepen your relationship with your body.

These are typically 60-90 minute sessions, customized to where you are in your body and what your nervous system is ready to discover. Whether you're working through specific physical restrictions, emotional terrain held in your tissues, or simply seeking deeper presence and embodiment, every session is a conversation between you and your body's intelligence.

Available in-person on Kauai or as part of my traveling schedule across California and beyond.

Tailored movement sessions for one person or small groups. Whether you're deepening an existing practice, exploring dance and somatic movement for the first time, or working through specific physical or emotional terrain—these sessions meet you exactly where you are.

Group Classes

Community containers for collective movement exploration. In group classes, we move together with rhythm, improvisation, and guided somatic inquiry. There's something profound about moving alongside others—something that roots you, makes you feel alive, and connects you to the people around you.

Whether you're a seasoned mover or stepping into dance for the first time, group classes offer a space to explore without performance pressure. We work with rhythm, breath, stillness, and authentic movement—creating a field where everyone's unique expression is honored.

Group classes typically run 60-90 minutes and are available in ongoing sessions and seasonal offerings.

Immersive Retreats

What to Expect

Before Your Session

Arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Take a moment to set an intention—what is your body asking for? Come with curiosity rather than expectation.

During

Guided movement, hands-on work, breath exploration, and moments of stillness. We may work standing, sitting, or lying down. The work is responsive—I'm listening to your body and meeting you where you are.

After

Space for integration and reflection. Some people feel energized, others deeply calm. Drink water. Move slowly. Notice what shifts in the hours and days that follow. Transformation often unfolds gradually.
